Small defrost termination cutout thermostat used in some General Electric side by side no frost refrigerators.
Fitted with 20cm flyleads.

Cutout temperature 140degF (60degC), cutin temperature 110degF (43degC).
This part is closed circuit at normal room temperature. It is not suitable for most refrigerators that use a similar style cutout thermostat at a much lower temperature.
