Great service, but not a genuine part as advertised...

My Vax 4000 vacuum is 25 years old and has never failed me. The filters are getting harder to come by though. Was thrilled to find them on ALLFIX site and ordered immediately. They arrived in super quick time (given COVID that was a bit of a bonus) but they are not the genuine part as advertised. I'm not sure what the difference is quality-wise, but I guess time will tell.
