This knob can be used to replace many oven thermostat control knobs on many stoves. Ideal where the original part is no longer available.
The skirt is removable, and can be attached in 4 different positions.
The knob is has markings from 70 degrees Celcius through to 290 degrees Celcius.
Knob has a 1/4" hole and a grub screw, so can be used on any of the standard simmerstat shaft sizes.
Matching knobs are available for split grill, hotplate control and also bare knob without skirt.
