This knob can be used to replace some pizza oven knobs. Ideal where the original part is no longer available.
This knob has a range of 50 degrees Celcius to 460 degrees celsius and suits the thermostat listed here.
The knob is has markings from 50 degrees Celcius through to 400 degrees Celcius.
Knob has a 6mm D shaft with the flat side of the D on the same side as the off mark, so can be used on most of the standard oven thermostat shaft sizes.
