This knob can be used to replace some deep fryer knobs. Ideal where the original part is no longer available.
This knob has a range of 90 degrees Celcius to 200 degrees celsius and suits some EGO deep fryer temp range thermostats.
The knob is has markings from 90 degrees Celcius through to 200 degrees Celcius.
Knob has a 6mm D shaft with the flat side of the D on the same side as the off mark, so can be used on most of the standard oven thermostat shaft sizes.
