LH control panel insert to suit Dishlex model DX100 series dishwashers. May also suit some earlier models and DX150 models although the logo says "dishlex 100".
This part is the lower part located in the handle recess and is the part that you see from the front.
This panel insert quite frequently gets broken due to the plastic becoming brittle.
The part is this listing is used and does have slight yellowing of the plastic due to age. It also has a small piece chipped out of the far bottom lefthand edge as highlighted in one of the photos.
It is no longer available new from the manufacturer.
