This knob can be used to replace many hotplate simmerstat control knobs on many stoves. Ideal where the original part is no longer available.
The skirt is removable, and can be attached in 4 different positions,
Knob has a 1/4" hole and a grub screw, so can be used on any of the standard simmerstat shaft sizes.
Matching knobs are available here for split grill, oven temperature and also a bare knob without skirt.
