Part No. 0198001022K. Similar to B017, B017A, BD005. Replaces genuine part no. 0198001022.
Belt diameter - 240mm (9.45"), Note: belt stretches after use. Length 76.2cm (30"), diameter 4.75mm (3/16").
Suits all single direction Australian made early Simpson including Minimax, Maxidry, 1000S, 1000P, Sirocco & early Eziset, Kelvinator, Malleys & Westinghouse dryers which have a clear fan belt at the rear of the dryer and where this belt simply slips over the fan & motor pulleys. The belt has a plastic cover over it and the cover is the only thing that needs to be removed to access the belt. Some very early models used a metal cover but provided that is the only thing that needs to be removed, this is still the correct belt.

This part does not suit most older dryers with a clear belt where the fan assembly has to be dismantled to fit the belt. The belt to suit these very old models is no longer available. There are exceptions, so if unsure contact us with your full model number prior to purchasing.
It also does not suit newer Westinghouse LD series or older Westinghouse models made in Japan by National Panasonic such as model DE010P, DE321V. The belt for these models is no longer available.
This part can also be used to replace the green fan belt used on the back of Homemaker & Mistral MTD3, MTD4, Haier HMD35, Omega RATD3, SIG3.5, SIG3.5-1 & other Chinese dryers.
The belt may appear to be small, but needs to be stretched to fit.
